摘 要:针对国内大部分中厚板轧制任务顺序依赖人工经验设定的现状,依据来自中厚板轧制工艺和设备限制的两个主要排序原则,建立了以成品表面质量为最佳的轧制任务排序数学模型。对整个换辊周期内的所有待轧坯料进行一次性排序,从而获得全局最优排序结果。该模型以单个任务为节点建立网络图,将排序问题转化为最短路径问题,并利用动态规划法对其进行求解。现场在线应用结果表明,利用该排序模型得出的成品宽度曲线严格符合"棺材形",在一定程度上改善了成品的表面质量和板形,并减轻了轧辊磨损程度,因此具有良好的应用前景。Based on the actuality that most of job sequencing depending on the experiences of operator on plate mill interiorly,an optimum mathematic model with the purpose of obtaining better production quality has been established according to the two sequencing rules from equipment and technology on production line.It is necessary for all slabs in a cycle of exchanged-roller to be sorted at one-time so as to get the results of global optimization.This model has established a network diagram by taking a single task as a node,so the scheduling problem has turned into TSP problem.Finally,dynamic programming was adopted to solve this optimization problem.The results of on-line application indicated that the result of this model is very close to coffin curve,the surface quality and profile have been improved,and the roller wear has been alleviated also.So it has utility value.
