摘  要:高压电动机斩波内馈调速技术与变频调速技术同属于高效率的调速技术。斩波内馈调速技术发展应用时间不长、还远不如高压变频调速技术应用广泛,对于其应用性能还有待于进一步了解。本文针对斩波内馈调速技术在攀枝花钢钒有限公司发电厂4台710 kW锅炉引风机上的应用情况,对比高压变频调速技术性能,重点分析了斩波内馈调速系统的可靠性、节电性能、调速范围与启动特性等,提出了保证斩波内馈调速技术可靠运行的措施,给出了一种高效的有别于高压变频调速节能技术的应用实践案例,为斩波内馈调速应用的推广提供借鉴。Both chopping inner feedback and variable frequency speed regulation technologies applied to high voltage motor are high efficient speed regulation ones.Development time of chopping inner feedback technology is not long,its application is far less than high voltage frequency converter technology,and its application performance needs further understanding.Chopping inner feedback technology has been applied to 4 sets of 710 kW boiler induced-draft fan in Power Plant of Pangang.Comparing with performance of high voltage frequency converter technology,main technical characteristics of chopping inner feedback speed requlation system such as system structure,reliability,energy saving perfarmance,speed regulation range and startup behavior etc.are analyzed and methods to ensure reliable operation for inner feedback speed regulation technologies are provided.An application practice of efficient energy saving technology distinguishing from high voltage frequency converter technology is given as reference for application.
