摘　　要：浙江杭钢高速线材有限公司的计量辅助系统客户机通过串口通信实现称量数据的采集,但系统不定期地会出现数据不能采集和鼠标不受控制的现象,严重影响了正常生产。通过对采集系统的全面分析,发现操作系统误将计量秤识别为串口鼠标。排除故障后的系统,称量数据能够稳定可靠地传递给客户机。Weighing data is collected by assistant measurement system client via serial communication in High Speed Wire Rod Mill of Hangzhou Iron Steel Group Co.Sometimes,it is happened that data cann＇t be collected and mouse is out of control,so normal production is interrupted seriously.Through analysis of data acquisition system,it is found that the measurement scale is regarded as a serial mouse wrongly.After improvement,weighing data can be steadily and reliably transferred to client.
