摘 要:以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丁二酸酐、自制超支化聚酯为原料,合成了一种新型可紫外光固化的水性超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析了其合成过程中基团的变化。固化膜热分析表明,随着超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中端丙烯酸酯基含量的增加,热降解温度从171.0℃升高到238.9℃,玻璃化转变温由56.2℃升高到72.8℃;其力学性能测试表明,随着TDI.HPA含量的增加,硬度增加,而柔韧性和抗冲击强度都呈递减的趋势。A kind of novel water-soluble hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate was synthesized based upon the raw materials of toluene 2, 4-diisocyanate (TDI), hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA), succinic anhydride and hyperbranched aliphatic pdyester(HBPE). The transformations of different groups were characterized using Fourier transform infrared during the synthesis process. The thermal properties of the UV-curable films show that thermal degra- dation temperature increases from 171.0℃ to 238. 9℃, and the glass transition temperature by 56.2℃ up to 72. 8℃ with increasing acrylate group content in the polymers. The mechanical properties of the UV-curable films of the water-soluble hyperbranched polyurethane acrylates were measured. The results show that the pencil hardness increases with TDI · HPA content increasing in the polymers, but the flexibility and impact strength are degressive trend.
