摘 要:通过研究三维针刺C/C复合材料面内压缩失效行为,发现应力-应变行为包括起始段的非线性滞弹性、线弹性、非线性损伤及应力下降失效4个阶段,循环加载-卸载实验表明线弹性阶段应力-应变行为的重复性好,而非线性损伤阶段则与加载历程有关。面内压缩失效主要是端部分层脱粘和分层劈裂,受纤维/基体界面结合强度影响较大。The in plane compressive failure behavior of three-dimensional(3D)needled C/C composites was studied and the results show that the stress-strain behavior is found to consist of four domains, including non linear anelasticity domain at the beginning of the curve, the linear elasticity domain, the non linear damage domain and the failure domain with decreasing stress. The studies of cyclic loading-unloading experiment indicate that the stress-strain behavior of the linear elasticity domain has a good repeatability while the stress-strain behavior of the non linear damage domain is concerned with the course of the loading. The in-plane compression failure often occurs by interface debonding at the end of the specimen and delamination of whole specimen, which are mainly affected by the fiber/matrix interfacial bonding strength.
