摘  要:在室温下对B2型稀土金属间化合物YAg和YCu进行拉伸和压缩实验,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)对合金的微观结构和成分进行了观察与分析,探讨了第二相的形成及其对合金性能的影响。拉伸和压缩实验结果显示,YAg和YCu的延伸率分别为7.2%和5.8%,小于所报道的延伸率(δYAg>20%,δYCu>10%);YAg压缩率为45%,YCu为26%。XRD和EDS分析表明,采用商业稀土金属钇制备的YAg和YCu合金中均有RM2(R=Y,M=Ag或Cu)和R2O3类型的第二相存在,在一定程度上可以解释本研究中YAg和YCu合金拉伸塑性降低的原因。Polycrystalline YAg and YCu were tested in tension and compression at room temperature, and their microstructures were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectrum (EDS). Formation of second phase and its effect on mechanical properties of YAg and YCu alloys were discussed. The experimental result shows,that the tensile elongations of YAg and YCu are about 7. 2% and 5.8%, respectively, which are rather lower than the reported elongations (δYAg〉20%,δYCu〉10%). The compressive elongations of YAg and YCu are about 45% and 26%, respectively. XRD and SEM analyses reveal that both YAg and YCu alloys fabricated with commercial yttrium metals have a significant weight fractions of second phases such as RM2 (R=Y, M=Ag or Cu) intermetallics and R2O3 oxides, which may explain their lower tensile ductilities as compared to reported results.
