摘 要:目的了解不同外排泵抑制剂(EPIs)在铜绿假单胞菌对碳青霉烯类、氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物耐药性的影响。方法用琼脂对倍稀释法检测亚胺培南、美罗培南、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星与两种EPIs(PAβN与奥美拉唑)联合前后对铜绿假单胞菌的MICs值。结果 PAβN浓度为40μg/mL时,能明显增强碳青霉烯类对铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌活性,PAβN浓度为20μg/mL时,即能明显增强氟喹诺酮类对铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌活性。奥美拉唑20μg/mL时,对碳青霉烯类、氟喹诺酮类的抗菌活性影响均较小。结论适当浓度的外排泵抑制剂对增强碳青霉烯类、氟喹诺酮类的抗菌活性具有增效作用。Objective To study the effects of efflux pump inhibitors (PAβN and Omeprazole) on the activities of carbapenems and fluroquinolones against Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolates. Methods The MICs of imipenem, meropenem, ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin combination with or without efflux pump inhibitors(EPIs) against 49 isolates were determined by the agar dilution method. Results PAβN at a concentration of 40μg/mL had obviously increased the activites of carbopenems. So as to fluroquinolones with PAβN at a concentration of 20μg/mL. Omeprazole at a concentration of 20μg/mL had less effect on MICs of carbopenems and fluroquinolones. Conclusion EPIs at a suitable concentration could increase susceptibilities of carbapenems and fluroquinolones against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
