摘 要:分析了HID灯的启动特性和点火电路电压的工作特点。由于传统点火电路中转折二极管的工作特性一旦发生变化,HID灯将不能被点亮。针对这一问题,提出了用Boost电路代替传统的点火电路,理论分析可知该点火电路能为HID灯提供高压点火电压,仿真分析可知,全桥逆变直流电压在50 V到570 V的范围,该Boost点火电路电压能从3kV升压到40 kV,实验结果表明,提出的点火电路比传统的点火电路能实时提供点火电压,可靠性高,控制和调试简单,解决了传统点火电路中由于器件和灯管老化造成的使用寿命短、启动和点火高压难等问题。The startup behaviors and HID lamp ignition circuit voltage characteristics of the work were analyzed.Because the traditional ignition circuit turning diode working characteristic once changes,HID lamp can not be lighted.Boost circuit was adopted to replace the traditional ignition circuit to solve the above problem.The theoretical analysis indicates that the ignition circuit can provide the high-voltage ignition voltage for HID lamp.The simulation analysis indicates that the voltage of the ignition circuit can be increased from 3 kV to 40 kV in the scope of 50-570 V.The experimental results show that the proposed ignition circuit can provide real-time ignition voltage with high reliability,and simple control and debugging,and solve the problems of short life and the difficulties to startup the high-voltage ignition circuit of the traditional ignition circuit.
