摘 要:研制的电压连续可调的高压直流电源,电源主要由两部分构成,第一部分为高频AC/D C变换单元,设计实现过流、过压保护和输出电压调节的功能;第二部分为高频D C/D C变换单元,主要由全桥串联谐振变换器组成,其工作在谐振状态,可以改善电路的高压打火问题。两部分都引入高频变换,能够减小系统体积和降低输出直流电压的纹波,最后给出了设计实例以及相应的测试结果。In order to obtain continuously controllable HVDC for the research of HV test,a kind of high-voltage DC power supply was introduced,consisting of two units.AC/DC transform was achieved in the first unit,and the protection of over-current,over-voltage and the voltage controlling were carried out in this part.In the second unit,DC/DC transform was achieved,and a full-bridge series-resonant inverter was used to obtain the soft switching control.In addition,the single wave voltage by high-frequency transform was outputted to rectifier circuit to improve the situation of high-voltage fire-striking.High-frequency inverse technology was adopted in both parts of the power supply,as a result to reduce the ripples of output DC voltage and the buck of the system.Finally,the designing process of the power supply and test results were given,and the output voltage could be easily controlled continuously.
