摘 要:分析了全桥变换器在轻载时分别采用移相控制和双极性控制的工作原理,并对比分析了其损耗,指出轻载时采用双极性控制,开关管的开通损耗、开关管和变压器原边绕组的通态损耗均低于移相控制。提出了一种新的提高全桥变换器效率的控制策略,将移相控制和双极性控制结合起来,重载时采用移相控制,轻载时采用双极性控制,实现两者的平滑切换,从而大大减小了轻载时的损耗,并保证了重载时的高效率。给出了该方法的实现电路,并进行了实验验证。The operation principle and their loss of full-bridge converter with phase-shifted control and bipolar control at light load were analyzed in this paper.The results indicate that the capacitive turn-on losses and the conduction losses of the switches and transformer with bipolar control are lower than that with phase-shifted control.A new control method to improve the efficiency of full-bridge converter was proposed,which combined phase-shifted control and bipolar control.The phase-shifted control was employed at heavy load,the bipolar control was employed at light load,and the smooth transition between the phase-shifted control and bipolar control was achieved.Thus,the efficiency of the full-bridge converter at light load was increased,while the advantage of high efficiency at heavy load was remained.The implementation of the proposed control strategy was presented.
