摘　　要：人们通常把达尔文生物进化论视为历史唯物主义的科学基础,却没有意识到马克思和恩格斯是在什么意义上肯定这一点的。这种情况导致历史唯物主义的自然科学化和实证科学化,历史目的论、历史决定论与达尔文进化论相互纠结,陡然增加了历史唯物主义阐释的难度。随着当前学界研究的新进展,是彻底弄清这一问题的时候了。Charles Darwin＇s theory of evolution is often taken as the scientific basis of historical materialism;however,most have failed to realize why Marx and Engels approved of this.The misunderstanding leads to scientism and positivism of historical materialism,and brings about the twisted relations between historical teleology,determinism and evolution theory.This article proposes that it＇s high time to correctly understand the relationships between historical materialism from evolution theory and the rest.
