摘　　要：社区服务业是在我国改革开放过程中发展起来的新兴产业,是社会保障体系和社会化服务体系的重要组成部分,也是促进就业、拓展第三产业的新的经济增长点。针对"十二五"期间我国社区服务业的发展目标和路径,应从产业、财政、税收、金融、人力资源等方面架构一个相对完整的政策支持体系,以推动我国社区服务业健康可持续发展。The community service industry in China is the new industry in the process of reform and opening up,is the important constituent part of social security system and socialized service system,and is also the new economic growth point of promoting employment and developing the third industry.In the light of goals and path community service industry in China during the twelfth five-year plan period,we should architecture a relatively integrated policy support system from the industry,finance,taxation,finance,human resource etc,so as to promote the sustainable development of country＇s community service industry.
