摘　　要：目前中国的战略性新兴产业正处于起步发展阶段,是培育发展与体系构建的关键时期。针对战略性新兴产业发展特征、发展规律及影响因素,中国战略性新兴产业发展应依托政府规划,采用集群式发展模式;寻求技术突破,采用柔性产业组织模式,同时关注市场需求,优化产业孵化器功能。Strategic industries now are at the initial stage,which is the critical period of fostering development and the system construction of the strategic industry.Aimed at the development characteristic,the development regularity and the affecting factors of the strategic emerging industry,China＇s strategic emerging industry development should be in accordance with the government planning,adopt the cluster development mode;seek the technical breakthrough,use the flexible industrial organization model,and focus on the market demand,optimize the function of industry incubators.
