摘　　要：目的探讨MSCT全胃充气扫描对胃部疾病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2009年5月～2010年9月经病理证实的胃部疾病45例,其中,男20例,女25例;年龄42-79岁,平均67岁。所有病例均行CT平扫及增强扫描检查,然后将图像传输入工作站,行三维重建检查,利用MPR、MIP、CTVE、SSD及Raysum等技术进一步观察。结果此45例病例中,拟诊断胃癌25例,胃恶性间质瘤5例,胃活动性溃疡5例,胃底静脉曲张4例,胃炎性息肉6例。纤维内窥镜结果对照分析,诊断符合率为100%。结论 MSCT全胃充气法在胃肠疾病诊断中具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of stomach diseases by the whole stomach inflation in MSCT.Methods Collected in our hospital from May 2009 to September 2010 with pathologically confirmed 45 cases of stomach diseases,including 20 males and 25 female aged from 42 to 79 years old,the average age is 67 years old.All patients underwent plain and contrast enhanced CT scan,and then passed the image into station,executed three-dimensional reconstruction inspection,used MPR,MIP,CTVE,SSD and Raysum technologies for further observation.Result In the 4s cases,25 cases of gastric cancer,5 cases of gastric stromal tumor,5cases of gastric vlcer,4 cases of gastric varices,6 cases of gastritis polyps.The diagnostic accuracy was 100% by the contrast of the endoscopy diagnostic results.Conclusion MSCT full stomach inflation method in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases has significant value.
