摘 要:根据圆柱壳有矩理论,推导了大直径筒仓在贮料荷载和温度作用(中面温差、内外温差)下仓壁的内力计算公式。公式表明中面温差作用对仓壁的影响只限于固定端附近且衰减迅速,对仓壁的配筋设计影响可以忽略。内外温差对仓壁配筋设计影响较大,起控制作用的环向弯矩可按等效环向力考虑。参数分析结果表明温度作用与内外温差、弹性模量、仓壁厚度等参数呈线性变化规律,且温度作用与贮料荷载作用下最大环向力比值随大直径筒仓直径的增加呈下降趋势。Inner force calculation formula of large diameter silo wall subjected to solid load and temperature action(middle section and differential temperature change) were derived based on cylindrical shell theory with moment.The formula show that the influence of middle section temperature change on silo wall is limited to the vicinity of fixed end and attenuates rapidly.The effect of middle section temperature change on the reinforcement design of silo wall can be neglected.However,differential temperature change has significant effect on the reinforcement design of silo wall,and the circumferential moment could be considered as equivalent hoop force.The results of parametric analysis show temperature action is in linear relationship with differential temperature change,elastic modulus and the thickness of silo wall.Moreover,the ratio of temperature action to the maximum hoop force of silo wall decreases when the inner diameter of large diameter silo increases.
