摘　　要：主要介绍了在湿氢和高温条件下,以APT为原料,在工业回转炉内进行轻度还原制备紫色氧化钨的方法,对影响紫色氧化钨质量的各种参数进行了分析,并对回转炉的改进提出建议,成功实现了紫色氧化钨的连续性工业化生产,获得的紫色氧化钨细而均匀、质量稳定。This paper introduces the mild reductive production technology in industrial rotary furnace of purple tungsten oxide with APT as raw material under the wet hydrogen and high temperature environment.Several parameters related to the quality of purple tungsten oxide are analyzed by improving the rotary furnace to achieve the industrial production continuity.The purple tungsten oxide produced is fine and of stable quality.
