头孢克肟干混悬剂的有关物质研究

摘　　要：建立了头孢克肟有关物质的检测方法。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为四丁基氢氧化铵乙腈(75∶25),检测波长为254 nm,柱温为40℃,进行检测头孢克肟的检测限为2 ng。该法可靠、专属、快速,可作为头孢克肟有关物质的检测方法。To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the related substances of cefixime in suspension.The se-paration was performed on C18 column.The mobile phase was composed of tetrabutylammonium hydroxide-acetonitrile（75︰25）,the detection wavelength was 254 nm and temperture was 40 ℃.The detection limit of cefixime was 2 ng.The method is reliable,specific and accurate,which can be used for quality control of cefixime suspension.
