摘　　要：研究了反应精馏合成草酸二乙酯的新工艺。在反应精馏塔内考察了挟带剂种类、塔釜温度、进料位置、回流进料比、原料醇酸物质的量比对酯化反应的影响,得到了优化的工艺条件,酯化率达90%。A new method was used to synthesize diethyl oxalate by reactive distillation technology.The effect of esterification reaction by different types of entrainer,tower reactor temperature,feed position,and alcohol and acid reflux ratio of the amount of material,was investigated.As a result,the diethyl oxalate esterification rate of 90% was obtained.
