摘  要:利用双抗体夹心和胶体金免疫层析技术的原理,在玻璃纤维膜、硝酸纤维膜的检测线(T)和对照线(C)上分别喷上胶体金与猫瘟热病毒(FPV)单克隆抗体(3C4)的偶联物、FPV多克隆抗体和羊抗鼠IgG单克隆抗体,制成检测FPV抗原的猫瘟热病毒胶体金快速检测试纸,对临床26份虎粪便样本进行检测,并与PCR检测法及韩国(ASAN PHARM.CO.,LTD.Seoul Korea)的金标试纸检测法进行比对。结果表明:该试纸具有较高的敏感性、特异性和可重复性,检出率与韩国的金标试纸接近,但低于PCR检测法。3种方法总体符合率为92.3%,可以应用于临床检测。Based on the principle of colloidal gold labeling technique and double antibody sandwich immunoassay, the coupling product from colloidal gold fiber film. FPV polyclonal antibody and monoclonal and FPV McAb(3C4) were sprinkled on the glassantibodies (goat anti-mouse IgG) were sprinkled on the detection line and control line in nitrocellulose membrane, colloidal gold strip was executed to detect FPV antigen quickly. The contrast detection of the 26 faeces samples of tigers showed that the detection rate by colloidal gold strip of FPV was higher, and the result was close to that by colloidal gold strip (ASAN PHARM. CO., LTD. Seoul Korea), but lower than that by PCR. The total coincidence rate of the three detecting methods was 92.3 % by detecting 26 faeces samples of tigers.
