摘 要:为革新地鳖虫的人工饲养技术,简化饲养方法,降低劳动强度,提高地鳖虫的产量和品质,对无基质饲养技术的可行性进行了研究。通过设置无基质和有基质饲养条件,对中华真地鳖的生长、脱皮、死亡和雌虫产卵情况进行了2个月的试验观察。结果表明:(1)在食料充足的条件下,无基质饲养的地鳖虫体重增加率为47.06%,而有基质的为39.42%;(2)有、无饲养基质的地鳖虫累计脱皮率分别为13.36%和15.12%。(3)无基质饲养的地鳖虫平均每雌产卵数与有基质的接近,但所产的卵块大而饱满,平均卵块重高于有基质的;(4)无基质饲养的地鳖虫累计死亡率为15.56%,而有基质的为29.17%。因此,无基质饲养技术可以在地鳖虫的人工养殖中推广应用。In order to reform the technique of the manpower feeding, predigest the method of breeding, reduce the intension of working, increase the yield and quality of E. sinensis, E. sinensis the rearing without soil medium was tested. Under the rearing conditions with and without soil medium, the weight, ecdysis rate, death rate and oviposition pattern of female E. sinensis were measured for 2 months. The results showed that: (1) When food was sufficient, the weight increasing rate of E. sinensis fed with and without soil medium was respectively 39.42% and 47.06% ; (2) The ecdysis rate of E. sinensis fed with and without soil medium was respectively 13.36% and 15.12%. (3) The egg-pouches that were laid by the E. sinensis fed without soil medium were big and full, the average weight of egg-pouches was higher than that with soil medium; (4)The total death rate without soil medium was 15.56%, but that with soil medium was 29.17 % . Therefore, the rearing technique without soil medium should be applied for E. sinensis rearing.
