摘 要:为掌握福建省鸡球虫病的发病状况及影响因素,2009年12月至2010年11月,采用粪便漂浮法和卵囊培养法对本省的球虫病情况进行调查,并在实验室对送检的1500份粪便样品进行了分析。结果发现当地鸡体内有6种球虫,分别是柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)、巨型艾美耳球虫(E.maxima)、堆形艾美耳球虫(E.acervulina)、毒害艾美耳球虫(E.necatrix)、布氏艾美耳球虫(E.brunetti)、和缓艾美耳球虫(E.mitis),球虫病感染率达71.5%。潮湿季节球虫感染率高于干燥季节,感染强度平均为157349OPG,OPG值范围26300~325400,并在5月份出现一个高峰。说明球虫病是本地区养禽业一大限制因素,需要采取综合措施防治。To predominate the situation and influence facts of coccidiosis, avian coccidiosis was investigated it by the method of dung floating and oocysts cultivating in Fujian province between December 2009 and November 2010, and analysized 1 500 samples in laboratory. The results showed there were six species Eimeria in the chickens, E. tenella, E. maxima, E. acervulina, E. necatrix, E. brunetti and E. mitis. About 71.5 % chickens had infected and coccidiosis occurred higher frequencies during the wet season than that during the dry season. The average infected intention was 157 349 oocysts per gram feces (OPG) ranging from 26 300 to 325 400 with a peak in May. Overall, coccidiosis was a big constraint to chicken productivity in the study area. Urgent integrated coccidiosis control approaches should be initiated to address parasitism in chickens in Fujian province.
