摘  要:为了探索黄粉虫幼虫体内脂类抗菌物质的抗真菌活性及其应用,用乙酸乙酯对黄粉虫幼虫体内的抗菌物质进行浸提,并用硅胶柱层析法对粗提物进行分离,检测幼虫脂类抗菌物质对2种病原真菌(枣炭疽、番茄枯萎)的抑制作用。结果表明:黄粉虫幼虫脂类粗提物的乙醇洗脱成分对2种病原真菌均有显著的抑制作用,对番茄枯萎病原菌的体外抑制效果强于对枣炭病原菌的抑制效果;脂类抗菌物质质量浓度为200 mg/mL时,应用于果蔬(枣、樱桃番茄)防腐有明显的效果,枣腐烂率下降了29.96%,樱桃番茄腐烂率下降了34.97%,为黄粉虫幼虫体内脂类抗菌物质开发成天然防腐剂提供了试验依据。In order to explore the antifungal activity and its application of lipid antibiotic substance from larvae of Tenebrio molitor L., the antibiotic substance was extracted from larvae of Tenebrio molitor by ethyl acetate, then the crude extract was separated by silica gelcolum chromatography, and finally the lipid antibiotic substance was tested to study its antibiotic activities against fungi. The results showed that the lipid antibiotic substance eluted by alcohol had the significant bacteriostratic effects on two species of pathogenic fungi, for Gloelsporiurn fructigenum Blerk, its effect was worse than another fungi; with its application in the food anticorrosion, when it was 200 mg/mL, jujube and cherry tomato decomposed rates were lower 29.96 % and 34.97 % than fruit without treatment respectively, which can provide the experimental basis for its development and utilization of natural antiseptic.
