美国陆地自然资源保护管理与可持续发展经济效益初探

摘　　要：通过查阅大量有关美国自然资源保护管理的法令和文献,在综合分析美国自然资源保护管理的法律体系的基础上,初步归纳出美国陆地自然资源保护及经营利用的基本原则,并收集了在这些原则指导下美国合理利用陆地自然资源的主要方式及其产生的经济效益。在此基础上,提出我国自然资源保护与管理的建议。By reviewing acts and related references upon natural resources conservation and management, and analyzing the underlying law system, we summaried the basic principals concerning conservation, management and utilization of natural resources in USA. Also, we collected data of main economic activities and effects directed by these basic principals. Based on these review and analysis, advices on how to improve natural resources conservation and management in China were provided for government authorities on natural conservation.
