摘　　要：马钢现有300m2烧结机产能约350万t/a。烧结机烟道是采用双系统(一是脱硫系、另外一是非脱硫系),其中脱硫系的烟气量为52 000Nm3/h,含SO2浓度为600~1 050mg/Nm3(最大1 500mg/Nm3),经过MEROS脱硫工艺技术处理后,烟气中SO2浓度为200mg/Nm3以下,年脱硫量为3 536 t。该项目于2008年9月开工,2009年5月完工,将对周围环境及地区环境空气质量的改善起到积极的作用,其社会经济效益和环保效益明显。Masteel has a 300m2 sintering system with 3.5 million tons of annual sintering capacity.The flues of sintering machines adopt double systems,including desulfurizing system and non-desulfurizing system.The desulfurizing system has a fume volume of 520,000Nm3/h containing 600-1,050mg/Nm3 of SO2.After being treated by MEROS desulfurization process,the SO2 content is reduced to 200mg/Nm3,accounting to an annual desulfurization capacity of 3,536 tons.Begun in September of 2008 and completed in May of 2009,this project has brought notable improvement to local environment,producing favorable social,economic and environmental effects.
