摘 要:目的 为豚鼠耳蜗微窥镜检查选择最佳径路。方法 对 2 0只豚鼠的 2 0耳在开窗术前、术后及开窗修复术后 2周 ,分别作听性脑干反应检查 ,并制作术后 2周耳蜗的光镜和扫描电镜标本。结果 发现术前、术后及修复术后 2周听性脑干反应Ⅰ~Ⅲ波间期无显著差异 ,术后 2周Corti器及毛细胞形态正常。结论 鼓阶开窗及修复并未引起内耳的器质性损伤。Purpose To select the best pathway of examining the cochlea by microendoscope. Methods auditory brain stem response(ABR) was used to examine before,after and two weeks after fenestration scala tympani respectively in twenty ears of twenty guinea pigs,and the specimens for light microscope and scanning electron microscopy were made respectively. Results There was no difference among pre , post fe nestration and two weeks after repair on waves Ⅰ to Ⅲ interval period latency of ABR.The morphologies of Corti's organs and hair cells were normal two weeks after repair. Conclusions No changes of Corti's organs and hair cells were found by fenestration of scala tympani and repair.
