摘　　要：介绍奥氏体不锈钢过热器氧化皮脱落堵塞爆管、应力腐蚀开裂、原始缺陷开裂3种常见失效形式,分析失效原因,并提出相应的预防措施。The usual failure reason of the austenitic stainless steel such as blockage by oxidation scales fallen from the inner wall,stress corrosion,original disfigurement are analyzed.Relevant prevention measures aiming at the different failure cause are proposed.
