摘 要:以秋菊品种‘雨花落英’为母本和夏菊品种‘奥运含笑’为父本配制F1杂种,调查F1世代4个花期相关性状在2008至2009两个年度的表型资料,运用单个分离世代的主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,对4个花期相关性状进行遗传分析。结果表明:4个花期性状均存在一定的杂种优势,现蕾期、显色期、盛花期和衰败期4个花期性状的中亲优势值均达极显著水平,中亲优势率分别为22.23%、17.60%、12.45%和11.11%,且超亲分离现象普遍存在。混合遗传分析表明菊花盛花期符合B-6模型,由表现为加性-显性的2对主基因控制;现蕾期、显色期和衰败期符合B-1模型,由表现为加性-显性-上位性的2对主基因控制。控制现蕾期、显色期、盛花期和衰败期的主基因遗传率分别为89.92%、49.30%、28.56%和75.46%。In this study,the inheritance of four florescence-related traits of chrysanthemum,budding date,color developing date,full flowering date and downfalling date,was investigated using segregation within an F1 population derived from a cross between the autumn-flowering'Yuhualuoying'and the summer-flowering'Aoyunhanxiao'cultivars based on the major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model.The result indicated that the four florescence-related traits herein segregated widely in F1 population with coefficient of variation(CV)ranging from 7.59% to 25.07%.The phenomenon of hybridization heterosis and extra-parent segregation existed generally in the F1 population.Compared with mid-parent value(MPV),the heterosis value of mid-parent(Hm)of four florescence-related traits investigated showed a significant difference at 0.01 level with a rate of heterosis(RHm)of 22.23%,17.60%,12.45% and 11.11%,respectively.The mixed genetic analysis suggested that the inheritance of full flowering date was compatible with the presence of two pairs of major genes displaying additivity-dominance(B-6 model),whereas that of the other three flowering traits was compatible with the presence of two pairs of major genes displaying additivity-dominance-epistasis(B-1 model)and with additivity predominating.The heritability of major genes for the four flowering traits of budding date,color developing date,full flowering date and downfalling date initial blooming time were 89.92%,49.30%,28.56% and 75.46%,respectively.
