摘 要:如何在超竞争环境下,获取竞争优势是每个制造业企业关注的关键问题。近年来,由于竞争环境快速多变,企业的静态资源、能力加速退化,战略管理研究学者逐渐开始重视制造业企业在创新过程中的技术战略选择问题。企业对技术战略的不同选择对创新绩效的影响可能并不相同,本文利用中国制造业企业的截面数据,构建理论模型来研究超竞争环境下,中国制造业企业不同类型技术战略选择对企业创新绩效的影响。在竞争环境的威胁性、复杂性和动态性背景下,讨论不同类型技术战略选择(低端技术战略和高端技术战略)的中国制造业企业的创新绩效的不同表现,进而总结制造业企业技术战略选择经验并提出政策性建议。Under the hyper - competitive environment, how to gain the competitive advantage is the key question which each enterprise in manufacturing industry should pay attention to. In recent years, the competitive environment is fast changeable, the degeneration of static resources and ability of enterprises accelerates. Scholars in the field of strategy management gradually start to study on technical strategy choices of enterprises in the manufacturing industry. Different technical strategy choices of enterprises have different influence on the innovation performance, cross - section data of enterprises in Chinese manufacturing industry is used to construct a theoretical model to study on the influence of different type technology strategy choices of enterprises in Chi- nese manufacturing industry on innovation performance under the hyper - competitive environment. Under the hostility, complexi- ty, and dynamic environment, different type technical strategy choices ( low - level technical strategy and high - level technical strategy) of enterprises in Chinese manufacturing industry has influence on innovation performance are discussed, then the experiences of technical strategy choices are summarized and the policy - type proposal is put forward.
