摘  要:目的:观察开链、闭链测试对屈伸膝肌等速力矩的影响,为闭链等速测试在临床上进一步应用提供理论依据。方法:利用Biodex 多关节等速测试和康复系统及其提供的闭合链附件,对比观察开链、闭链测试对健康男性屈伸膝肌力矩的影响,比较了峰力矩、相对峰力矩、0 .2s 时的力矩、屈肌/ 伸肌比值。结果:屈膝肌无论是慢速收缩还是快速收缩,闭链测试结果明显小于开链,而伸肌的这种差异不明显。结论:闭链等速测试对屈膝肌的力负荷较开链等速测试时小,是一种安全。Objective:To compare the torque of hamstrings and quadriceps during open kinetic chain and closed kinetic chain test.Method:20 normal males were tested by Biodex isokinetic test and rehabilitation system and its closed chain attachment.Result:It was found that peak torque、peak torque to body weight、peak torque at 0.2s are less when closed chain test compare to open chain on hamstrings. There was still significant influence on Flexor/Extensor value of torque.Conclusion:Closed chain isokinetic test and exercise are safe and useful in rehabilitation.
