摘　　要：目的 观察硅胶鼻模的应用效果。方法 将70例行唇裂修复术的患儿随机分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例)。观察组使用硅胶鼻模,对照组使用自制鼻支架管。结果 观察组患儿舒适度高于对照组;观察组家长在护士示范佩戴1次后,均掌握了佩戴方法;术后3个月复查,观察组瘢痕恢复情况明显好于对照组。且鼻形均为椭圆形。结论 硅胶鼻模佩戴更舒适、方便,可减少患儿哭吵,减轻瘢痕,利于鼻部塑形。Objective To observe the effect of silicone rubber nasal sprint. Methods 70 children with cleft lip operation were randomly divided into the control group （n = 35） and the observation group （n = 35）. Patients in the observation group were given silicon rubber nasal sprints and patients in the control group were given self-made nasal stents. Results The children in observation group felt more comfortable than that in the control group, parents in the observation group mastered the wearing method when nurses demonstrated once. The scar recovery in observation group was better than that of the control group. Nose shape of the observation group was oval. Conclusion Silicone rubber nasal sprint is more comfortable and convenient for wearing. And it can reduce the crying of children, help the scar recovery and nasal molding.
