摘 要:目的探讨氧驱动雾化吸入时氧流量对雾化效果的影响。方法选取全麻开胸术后神志清楚有痰液患者50例,随机以氧流量为4-6 L/min、6-8 L/min、8-10 L/min作为驱动力,进行早、中、晚3次雾化,每两次雾化间隔时间均在4 h以上,每次雾化持续时间20 min,记录每次雾化前、雾化10 min及雾化后10 min时的心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度,并收集雾化后4 h痰液量。结果氧驱动雾化吸入时,雾化后4 h排痰,氧流量为4-6 L/min比6-8 L/min、8-10 L/min时效果好(P〈0.001),患者心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度变化差异无显著意义(P〉0.05)。结论氧驱动雾化吸入时,雾化液量为沐舒坦30 mg与生理盐水6 ml情况下,氧流量为4-6 L/min排痰效果好。Objective To study the influence of amount oxygen flow for oxygen-drived atomizing inhalation Method 50 chest and cardiovascular surgery patients with sputum were selected ,and three times of atomization was car ried out randomly in the morning, at noon and in the evening respectively, the internal time between twice nebulization was more than 4 hours and every atomization has lasted for 20 minutes. The amount of oxygen flow was ran domly divided into 3 groups (4-6 L/rain, 6-8L/min, 8-10 L/rain respectively). The heart rate, respiration, saturation of blood oxygen was monitored before atomization, atomization lasting for 10 minutes and 10 minutes after atomization. The amount of sputum was collected 4 hours after atomization. Result The amount of sputum was significant increased in the group at 4-6 L/rain oxygen flow rate compared to other group at 6-8 L/rain or 8-10 L/ min oxygen flow rate (P〈0. 001). However, there were no significant difference in heart rate, respiration and satu ration of blood oxygen of patients (P〉0.05). Conclusion Under fixed fluid of atomization, Better sputum expectoration effect was achieve by Mucosolvan 15 mg and 0.9% Nacl 6 ml for patients as 4-6 L/min oxygen flow rate at oxygen-drived atomizing inhalation.
