综合护理干预对外伤性截瘫患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对截瘫患者负性情绪、生活质量的影响。方法对46例截瘫患者实施综合干预,并于干预前后采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、生活质量指数评定量表进行评估。结果综合护理干预后,截瘫病人的焦虑、抑郁状态显著改善;生活质量各指标评分均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预措施可明显改善截瘫病人的负性情绪,全面提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative mood and quality of life for patients with paraplegia. Method A total of 46 cases of paraplegia patients were carried out com prehensive intervention. And they were evaluated by adopting self-rating depression scale, self-rating anxiety scale quality of life index rating scale before and after the intervention. Result After comprehensive intervention, the anxiety and depression state of paraplegic patients were improved significantly. The index scores of social support and quality of life of them were increased significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention can improve the negative mood, enhance social support level and the quality of life for patients with paraplegia roundly.
