摘  要:目的:观察比较去甲肾上腺素预处理与经典缺血预处理对大鼠缺血/ 再灌注心脏的保护作用。方法:将实验动物分为对照组、缺血/ 再灌注组、经典缺血预处理和去甲肾上腺素预处理4 组,在相应时点分别测定心肌梗塞面积、心功能,观察心肌超微结构、线粒体内膜标志酶损伤性反应及热休克蛋白70- m RNA 表达的变化。结果:与经典缺血预处理相似,去甲肾上腺素预处理也能减少心肌梗塞面积、改善左心功能、保护心肌超微结构、增强热休克蛋白70-m RNA。结论:去甲肾上腺素预处理与经典缺血预处理对大鼠缺血/ 再灌注心脏有相似的保护作用。鉴于前者方法简便且无明显创伤性。AIM:To observe the protective effect of norepinephrine reconditioning (NEPC) and classic ischemic preconditioning (IPC) on the ischemic/reperfused rat heart in vivo. METHODS:Animals were divided into four groups: control, ischemia/reperfusion, IPC and NEPC group. The myocardial infarct size and left cardiac function were determined, the changes of myocardial microstructure and the expression of heat shock protein 70.mRNA were observed at relevant time. RESULTS:When compared to single I/R groups, both IPC and NEPC could reduce myocardial infarct size, ameliorate left heart function, protect the myocardial microstructure and enhance the expression of heat shock protein 70.mRNA.CONCLUSION:NEPC and IPC could provide similar protective effect on rat heart. As the frontier was non-injury and easy to be conducted, maybe it would be more convenient for clinical application.
