摘　　要：在经济全球化、政治多极化的今天,人类面临的一个共同话题是对普遍价值的追寻。构建中国特色社会主义核心价值观是我国当前的时代要求。普遍价值观与中国特色社会主义核心价值观既相互冲突又相互融合,既相互联系又相互区别,他们是普遍与特殊、一般与个别的关系。正确处理好中国特色社会主义核心价值观与普遍价值观的关系,努力构建和形成中国特色社会主义核心价值观,增强中国特色社会主义核心价值观的吸引力和凝聚力,对于我们进一步践行中国特色社会主义现代化建设具有十分重要的现实意义。In the time of economic globalization and political multi - polarization, the pursuit of universal value is a common topic for human. Building core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the demand of the era for China. Universal values and core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics are both conflict and blending as well as both mutual relate and different between each other. They are the relationship of general and specific. It is significant for the construction of China＇ s modernization to handle the relationship between the two values, to construct and form the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to make it more attractive and cohesive.
