摘  要:以优质高配合力三系杂交水稻保持系803B为核供体,比较5种不育胞质对杂交水稻产量、氮素吸收利用等性状影响的配合力效应。结果表明,胞质效应在产量、氮素利用率、氮素收获指数、氮素转移率方面差异达到显著和极显著水平;氮素利用效率主要受基因的加性效应影响,胞质对氮素吸收利用相关性状的遗传率均大于恢复系。爪哇型质源(JW型)胞质具有较高的产量和氮素吸收转化相关性状一般配合力效应值和特殊配合力效应值,JW型803A/蜀恢527是产量和氮素利用得到较好结合的杂交水稻组合。Using three-line hybrid rice maintainer line,803B which is high quality and high combining ability as the nuclear donor,the effects of combining ability on the traits such as rice yield and nitrogen use efficiency were studied by using five kinds of non-sterile cytoplasm.The results show that the cytoplasm effects on rice yield,NUE,NTE and NHI are significantly different.The ability of nitrogen use efficiency is mainly affected by the additive gene effect,and the heritability of nitrogen absorption and utilization in cytoplasm is greater than that in restorer line.JW-cytoplasm is of high GCA and SCA in the related traits on rice yield and nitrogen absorption and utilization.The hybrid rice JW803A/Suhui527 is better yield and higher nitrogen use efficiency.
