摘 要:利用聚合季铵盐(HSDA-HTC)对棉织物进行抗菌整理,探讨了浸渍法和浸轧烘两种整理工艺的影响因素,并比较其整理效果。实验结果表明浸轧烘工艺优于浸渍法;较优的浸轧烘抗菌整理工艺为HSDA-HTC浓度2g/L,浸轧液温度80℃,轧余率100%,烘干温度110℃,烘干时间5min;经该工艺整理得到的棉织物具有优异的抗菌性能。A quaternary ammonium compound (HSDA - HTC) was applied to cotton fabrics to enhance their antimicrobial property. Two kinds of finishing methods were discussed and compared, which were dipping method and dip-roll-dry metbod. The influence factors which affect the quantity of quaternary ammonium group and antimicrobial quality of fabrics were studied and discussed. The result of experiments showed that dip-roll-dry method is better than dipping method, The optimum finishing condition is to dip cotton fabric in 2 g/L HSI)A - HTC at the temperature of 80 ℃C, to roll il with pick-Lip at l00%, and to dry it at 110 ℃ liar 5 minutes. The Iest of fabrics" antimicrobial property indicated that the cotton fabric finished under the optimun conditions showed highly antibacterial effect.
