摘　　要：本文介绍了高乐纺织机械(深圳)有限公司,为了针对锦纶印花织物在水洗方面存在的不足而设计的具有节能、环保、高效及自动化程度高的新型连续平幅水洗机,结合生产对比连续平幅洗水机与传统间歇式洗水工艺,分析连续平幅水洗机在应用工艺、能耗、低张力、解决缸差等优点。A continuous open-width washing machine, manufactured by Goller and specially engineered for the deficiency existed in the washing process of polyamide printed fabrics was introduced in the paper. The machine was featured with high automation level, low environmental impact and saves with the utmost energy. Merits of continuous machines in the aspects of energy saving, processing tension, dye lots discrepancy were concluded.
