摘　　要：糖尿病周围血管病变所致下肢缺血可致足溃疡,甚至截肢,形成糖尿病足,糖尿病足的治疗成了大家关注的重要健康问题。糖尿病足的传统治疗主要是内科的药物治疗和外科的血流重建,其中药物治疗不能从根本上解决问题,而糖尿病下肢血管病变多缺乏远端动脉流出道,故往往无法接受动脉搭桥或血管介入,而内皮祖细胞移植可促进局部血管再生达到治疗糖尿病下肢缺血的目的。在此就糖尿病足内皮祖细胞治疗的情况予以概括。Diabetic vascular complications with a high incidence may cause lower limb ischemia,foot ulcers,and even amputation,forming the so-called diabetic foot.How to treat diabetic foot has become a hot health issue.The traditional treatment of diabetic foot includes drug treatment and surgical revascularization.Drugs can not solve the problem from the root,in the same time,arterial bypass or vascular intervention is not suitable due to lack of distal arterial outflow tracts in the lower limbs with diabetic vascular disease.However,recent studies have shown that endothelial progenitor cells implantation can promote local angiogenesis to treat diabetic lower limb ischemia.Here is to summarize the progress in this field.
