42例宫腔内异位妊娠的经阴道彩色超声诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩色超声对不同类型宫腔内异位妊娠的早期临床诊断价值。方法对2010年1~6月共42例怀疑为宫腔内异位妊娠患者的经阴道彩色超声声像及病理结果进行回顾性分析。结果 42例宫腔内妊娠患者中剖宫产后子宫瘢痕处妊娠22例、宫角妊娠14例、残角子宫妊娠3例,宫内宫外同时妊娠2例、宫颈妊娠1例。其中宫角妊娠患者经保胎治疗后有10例发展为正常宫腔内妊娠,4例流产。病理检查结果显示除1例为坏死组织外其他标本均有绒毛组织存在。结论经阴道彩色超声对宫腔内异位妊娠的早期诊断具有重要的临床价值。Objective To observe the early diagnosis value of the transvaginal color doppler ultrasound to the different types of intrauterine ectopic gestations.Methods Ultrasonograms and pathological findings from suspected intrauterine ectopic gestation of 42 patients diagnosed by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed from January 2010 to June 2010.Results Among them,there were 22 cases of post-cesarean scarred pregnancy,14 cases of cornual pregnancy,3 cases of rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy,2 cases of heterotopic pregnancy,1 case of cervical pregnancy.Of the corneal pregnancy patients who received conservative treatment,10 cases could develop into the normal pregnancy and 4 cases were executed abortion.Pathological findings revealed that there existed villus except for 1 case of necrotic tissue.Conclusion Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound has high clinical value to diagnose early intrauterine ectopic gestations.
