摘　　要：大学生保险法律关系的主体、客体和内容具有特殊性,有别于其他法律关系。大学生保险法律关系受民事、行政和刑事法律规范调整,其法律责任形式包括民事责任、行政责任和刑事责任。探明大学生保险法律关系本体问题,理清大学生保险法律关系类型和责任形式,对于依法保护大学生保险利益具有借鉴价值。The particularity regarding the subject,object and contents of the legal relation of college students＇ insurance makes it different from other legal relations.Divided into there types of civil legal relation,administrative legal relation and penal legal relation,the legal relation of college students＇ insurance is adjusted by the civil,administrative and penal legal regulations.This paper explores the ontology of legal relation of college students＇ insurance,sorts through its types and liability forms,which is of referential value to protecting the insurance interest of college students according to law.
