摘 要:利用自蔓延高温合成技术,在Al-Zr-C粉末中原位制备了ZrC粉末。通过DTA试验并结合燃烧反应淬熄处理,研究了Al-Zr-C体系原位合成ZrC粉末的反应行为与形成机制。结果表明,在Al-Zr-C粉末中,Al与Zr之间形成ZrAl3金属间化合物的反应更易发生,然后利用该反应放出的大量热量,C与ZrAl3熔体发生反应而生成热力学上更稳定的ZrC相,并还原出-αAl相。混合粉末中的A l不仅作为稀释剂来降低反应温度而抑制ZrC晶粒的长大,更是作为反应物参与了整个合成反应进程。Utilizing self-propagating high-temperature synthesis reaction,ZrC powder was in-situ fabricated in the Al-Zr-C powders system.Through the DTA experiment together with the quenching treatment during combustion reaction,the reaction behavior and formation mechanism of the in-situ synthesized ZrC was investigated.The results show that in Al-Zr-C mixtures,the reaction of Zr and Al to form ZrAl3 intermetallic compound more easily occur,and then C reacts with the ZrAl3 melt to form more thermodynamically stable ZrC phase utilizing the heat released by the Al-Zr reaction and to reduce to α-Al phase.Al in Al-Zr-C compacts acts not only as a diluent decreasing the reaction temperature to inhibit the ZrC grain coarsening,but also as an intermediate reactant participating in the whole reaction process.
