无针麻醉联合人体组织粘合剂行包皮环切术

摘　　要：【目的】探讨无针麻醉联合人体组织粘合荆行包皮环切术的效果。【方法】门诊包皮环切术98例，分A、B两组，其中A组48例，接受无针麻醉联合人体组织粘合剂粘合切口；B组50例，接受普通注射器神经阻滞麻醉联合缝合法。比较两组视觉模拟疼痛评分，观察麻醉及手术治疗效果。【结果】术后A组在麻醉剂量、手术时间均显著小于或短于B组（P〈0．05），视觉模拟疼痛评分显著小于B组，包皮水肿明显轻于B组（P〈O．05）。【结论】无针麻醉联合人体组织粘合剂粘合切口行包皮环切术具有麻醉药用量小、水肿轻、疼痛轻、手术时间短、无不良反应、使用方便等优点，值得临床推广。[Objective] To explore the efficacy of circumcision with needle-free jet anesthesia and body tissue ad- hesive. [Methods] Totally 98 outpatients undergoing circumcision were randomly divided into group A and group B. The visual analogue scale（VAS） was compared between two groups. Group A（ n ： 48） underwent needle-free jet anesthesia and incision adhesion with body tissue adhesive. Group B（ n ： 50） underwent syringe nerve blocking anesthe- sia combined with suture. The efficacy of anesthesia and surgical therapy was observed. [Results]After operation, the dose of anesthesia, operation time, VAS and the incidence of preputial edema in group A were significantly less than those in group B（ P d0.05）. [Conclusion]Circumcision with needle-free jet anesthesia and body tissue adhesive has many advantages such as less anesthetic dose, lighter edema and pain, shorter operation time, no adverse reaction, convenience and so on. Therefore it is worthy of generally clinical application.
