摘　　要：衢州时代广场工程地下室防水要求较高,施工中主要采用WG-HEA抗裂防水剂和粉煤灰双掺技术,以钢筋混凝土结构自防水为主,辅以在混凝土迎水面附加一道1.0 mm厚水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料层,并在后浇带和施工缝等特殊部位采取了防水措施,防水效果显著。The basement waterproof work in Quzhou Times Plaza Engineering has high technical requirements,so WG-HEA impervious waterproof agent and powdered coal ash double-mixing technique is mainly adopted.Self-waterproof performance of reinforced concrete structure is used as the main waterproof technique which is supported by some auxiliary techniques,such as setting a 1.0mm-thick cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof coating on concrete water side and adopting waterproof measures at such special positions as post-pouring belt and construction joint.Favorable waterproof effects are realized.
