摘  要:借助两个系列的PTT(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯)/PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)自卷曲纤维试样,采用DENTON的曲率计算模型和前人获得的材料参数,由纤维截面图估算出PTT/PET自卷曲纤维的卷曲曲率,发现各系列的估算曲率与实测弹性伸长率的相关系数分别高达0.986和0.847,但是两系列的相关直线之间有一定距离.分析认为两系列差异主要来源于不同纺丝方法对应的两组分材料热收缩率差的不同,推算出各系列中两组分材料的热收缩率差,进而获得弹性伸长率与卷曲曲率的拟合方程,对实际生产有一定的参考意义.本试验还发现两组分材料的界面形态与各自的特性黏度、两组分在纺丝成形中汇合迟早有一定依赖关系.According to the material parameters and the cross-sectional configurations,the crimp curvature of two series of PTT(polytrimethylene terephthalate)/PET(polyethylene terephthalate) self-crimping fibers are calculated by the equation of DENTON.The correlation coefficient of each series of fibers between calculated crimp curvature and practical elastic elongation is up to 0.986 and 0.847,but there is a certain distance between the fitting line of the two series of fibers.It is assumed that,the difference between the two series made by different spinning methods almost comes from the differential shrinkage ratio of two components,then the unified prediction equation of elastic elongation of PTT/PET self-crimping fibers is extrapolated,this is a valuable reference to the process of production.The results show that the spinnerets shape not only influences the cross-section configuration but also causes interfacial differences between the two components.Besides,the intrinsic viscosity of PTT can also affect the interface configuration between the two components.
