摘  要:牵伸力的大小及稳定是影响牵伸效果的重要因素,反映了牵伸过程的难易程度及对纤维运动的控制.一个合理、准确的牵伸力测量装置是研究牵伸力的前提条件,针对现有并条机多带有上托式压力棒牵伸装置的结构特点,自行研制出一套在线测量牵伸力系统.该系统主要由称重传感器、数字显示仪、上托式压力棒和电脑终端等部分构成.经变换牵伸倍数的试验,结果表明本系统的测试结果更为稳定、更接近实际.Drafting force is an important factor in rollers drafting system and it reflects the difficulty level of drafting process and the control effect of fibers motion.An appropriate and accurate drafting force measuring device would ensure the study of drafting force.Based on the drawing frame with pressure bar used in spinning mills,an on-line real-time drafting force measurement system was designed.The measurement system was mainly composed of weighting sensor,digital measuring controller,pressure bar and computer.The draft ratios were changed in the experiment,the experiment showed that the results of the measurement system were steady and close to the practical application.
