摘　　要：在探讨市地整理潜力的基本理论问题的基础上,从宏观层面对延吉市城区土地进行潜力评价.对延吉市城区土地利用现状进行了分析,通过确定评价技术路线、建立指标体系、确立评价方法、构建潜力等级体系、计算可整理潜力值5个步骤对延吉市市地整理潜力进行综合评价,并给出相应的整理建议.The potential of urban readjustment is examined based on the basic theoretical issues,the potential of Yanji city is evaluated from the macro level.The current land use in Yanji city is analyzed,then,by determining the evaluation of technical routes,establishing index system,establishing evaluation methods,constructing the potential hierarchy,the urban readjustment potential of Yanji city is evaluated.The corresponding proposals are put forward.
