摘  要:与电网电压同步的三相基准正弦电路是三相并网逆变器的重要组成部分。这里提出并研究了一种新颖的与电网电压同步的数字化三相基准正弦电路,它由电网电压取样电路、正弦波/方波转换电路、时钟信号形成电路等构成。对其各单元电路的原理进行论述,给出了关键电路参数设计准则。实验结果表明,该基准正弦电路与三相电网电压同步,输出电压谐波畸变率小,幅值可调且不受电网电压波动的影响,简单实用,价格低廉,在并网逆变器、UPS和AC/AC变换中具有重要的应用价值。Three-phase reference sinusoidal circuit synchronous with the line voltage is a important content of the three-phase grid-connected inverter.A novel and digital three-phase reference sinusoidal circuit synchronous with the line voltage is proposed.It is constituted of line voltage sampling,sine/square wave converting,clock signal formatting,phase synchronization circuit and so on.The principle of all elements of the circuit is discussed,and the design crite-rion of the key circuit parameters is given.The experimental results show that the three-phase reference sinu-soidal circuit has the advantages such as the output voltage synchronous with the line voltage,low THD,adjustable peak voltage which is free from the fluctuation of the line voltage,simplicity,utility and low cost,and it is very im-portant for the grid-connected inverter,UPS and AC/AC conversion system.
