摘 要:随着电气技术水平的提高,飞机正向"多电飞机"的目标发展。270 V高压直流电源系统具有安全可靠、重量轻及节省电能等优点,成为现阶段飞机供电系统的发展方向。在航空中大功率DC/DC变换的应用场合,LLC全桥谐振变换器是一种较理想的拓扑。利用变压器漏感构造谐振电感时,必须将次级漏感等效至初级,而目前很少有文献对其进行分析设计。经研究发现,等效后的匝比相对物理匝比偏小。制作了一台输入直流电压为(270±10%)V,输出为28.5 V/1 kW的原理样机,且对根据物理匝比、等效匝比计算得到的理论增益特性与实验测得的增益特性进行了比较分析,说明了变压器等效模型的正确性。With the development of the electric technology,aircraft is developing forward the goal of more electric aircraft.As the 270 V high voltage DC power supply system has many advantages such as reliable,light weight and high efficiency,it has become the trend of the power supply system in aircraft.In the application of the aeronautic DC/DC conversion,the LLC full-bridge resonant converter is a kind of ideal topologies.When constructing the reso-nant inductor with the leakage inductance of the transformer,the secondary leakage inductance must be converted to the primary equally.However there is no such paper discussing about this in detail.Experimental results are presented by a prototype with its input(270±10%) V output 28.5 V/1 kW.The turn ratio difference between the two transformer models can be verified successfully by the experimental results.
