摘 要:LLC串联谐振变换器(LLC-SRC)是广泛应用的三元件谐振变换器,由于其初、次级都很容易实现软开关,是目前公认的适合中、小功率应用的高效率、高密度和低成本的DC/DC拓扑。提出了基于LLC-SRC的隔离升压型直流变压器方案,并给出了具体设计方法。设计了一台300 W实验样机,结果显示,基于LLC-SRC的隔离升压型直流变压器具有很好的负载调整特性,在从半载到满载的输出范围内,其效率均达97%以上。LLC series resonant converter(LLC-SRC) is a widely used three-component resonant converter.This DC/DC topology is well known as suitable for small and medium power application requiring high efficiency, high power den- sity and low cost because of its easy realization of both primary and secondary side soft-switching.This paper proposes a kind of isolated step-up DC transformer based on LLC-SRC and its detailed design method.A 300 W prototype is designed.The experimental results show that the isolated step-up DC transformer based on LLC-SRC has good load regulation ,and the efficiency can reach above 97% from half load to full load.
