摘　　要：通过整理大气式燃烧器的基本计算公式,得出喷嘴前供气压力的计算公式。利用二甲醚灶具设计参数的推荐值,计算出二甲醚灶具喷嘴前供气压力范围,通过验证试验,确定家用二甲醚灶具的额定压力为2kPa。The calculation formula of gas supply pressure in front of the nozzle is obtained based on the basic calculation formula of atmospheric burner. The gas supply pressure range in front of the nozzle of DME cooking appliance is calculated by the recommended design parameter of DME cooking appliance. Through the verification test, it is determined that the rated pressure of domestic DME cooking appliance is 2 kPa.
